Yes, most other search engines offer similar operators. AltaVista offers domain, host, link, title, and url operators.

Check out www.google.com/help/operators.html This page describes various operators.It is assumed that new operators are listed on this page when they are released, but keep in mind that some operators enter a beta stage before they are released to the public. Sometimes these operators are discovered by unsuspecting Google users throwing around the colon separator too much.
