PHP myadmin

I am having a slight problem accessing the myphpadmin area of my control
panel of my site, It is stating access denied when trying to access it,
I wish to delete my sql databases and recreate a new one but I cannot at
present

just delete the database in cpanel then, you should need phpmyadmin to do that.
