Need to add a new forum theme (css based)
Need to move the site to a new server package at Verio.
Need to update photopost to most recent version. www.photopost.com
Need to preserve all current data from sql database, vb templates, and vb webtemplates.
Need to reintegrate all custom profile fields that exist on current site
Need to modify templates as needed to bring new site theme closer to old theme functionality

Need to re implement all advertising including local advertising served by existing phpadsnew and 3rd party advertising served by google.
