Personally I think you should reduce the number of forums. Keep things simple.

Also, immigration is seldom a light issue, I don't think you have any need for an arcade on this type of forum.
 
Nice forum, but too many subforums. you have to attract visitors by giving the latest news or something they can't get anywhere else, contests will also help you to attract visitors.
 
The immigration site looks like a fairly active site. I, too, would recommend getting rid of some of the topics. It is a little intimidating to see so many especially on the front page of the site.
 
i was interested to see the imigration forum but it seems to be blocked by my library's internet filtering service...

upon checking out ur site via a proxy though, i then found it to be very refreshing - calm and beautiful design.

only glitch would be the main blue horizontal nav overlaps the pink welcome / register line below it when text size is increased on my browser (netscape 7 on unix on sun)
