Question about addon domains

I have domain name refer to main page and I can have emails on that domain(email@domain1.com), but can I have emails on another domain name which refer to folder in my website?(email@domain2.com)?


Did this possible and just depend on the company?

You should be able to set up e-mail addresses at your domain from your control panel (cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk). I'm assuming the folder you're referring to is simply the SLD of your domain. For example, if you had 123.com, the folder would be 123.

If your hosting plan allows for multiple domains (add on) then yes, you create an addon domain and that domain can have its own emails.

Addon domains are common, and usually included free with most hosting packages.

I do not know what your experience level or your control panel. Most host do provide add on domains but all at the same time many do not. If you would like to provide us with your control panel I am sure one of us would be more then happy to trouble shoot it with you.
