Hello ,
i have a hosting corporation and i sell VPS on my servers
some of the my customer sell VPN on own vps
and u know control abuse (ddos , spam , torrent) is very hard in this service's
do u have any solution for control abuse?
or do u know which one datacenter is good for me?

you have full control over the vps bandwidth so it's no problem for the vpn et. As for datacenter, that depends your expected area.

The best way to control abuse, is to ban VPN's if your customers are misusing them. There are good VPN users and the bad VPN users. If you choose to market to customers who use VPN for business it can be a very profitable and happy market. If you market to the users trying to avoid being found, you will always have abuse.
 
VPNs don't always start trouble. I mean, I use 'em to restrict access to my private boxes. However, a sure fire way to know who's causing trouble or up to no good is to watch their bandwidth. Constant or steady spikes or high utilization usually hints torrents or other forms of file sharing.
 
Blocking spam is easy - just block port 25. A VPN user shouldn't need access to (unencrypted) smtp. Just make sure to make the fact that you are blocking smtp perfectly clearly stated in your ToS.
