redirection domains for blogger

I want to redirect my blog at http://www.toread.info/, but it does not work. it gives me the following message.:

"This address is already used by another blog or another website Google."
knowing that this area was in a "parked domain adsense"

Google ended their Adsense for Parked Domains a couple of months ago.

I'm not completely understanding the scenario here. I'm getting a 404 not found error on that domain.

just log in to your blogger account and go to settings and there si an option for redirection provide your domain name and it will redirect there.
