Reseller Package - 15GB/150GB (never use more than 35GB Bandwidth, so I dont think I really need 150GB) for $35 Qtr/120Yr.

Hoster refuse to install PHP 5 and now I am looking for something similar or better. PHP5 is a requrement!

Better be careful there. AFAIK not all scripts work fine with PHP5, so you'll want to keep and older version still active on the server, for your other customers.
