Remote Support Server, that is, not the one for blog subscriptions. We use it to help clients without them having to bring their computer to us or having to go to them physically. It is a nice little program that will remove itself from the client's computer when you disconnect.

On my day job, we are using Teamviewer. Does the same thing I guess as RSS.

Great time-savers those applications :)

I've only recently discovered Teamviewer, and I have been rather impressed with it. My other option has been Crossloop, but that has not worked as well in recent days.

I have also used TeamViever for years on my PC and even on phone. It has been working great and really makes the job easier.

I haven't tried all the similar software but I would say TeamViever is the best for remote control or support, although it requires a license for commercial use.
