Seeking reliable host w/ MS SQL + asp.net

My company currently owns 2 domain names that are hosted with a provider that turned out to be unreliable.

Therefore we are looking for a very reliable host with these features:

Managed server; domain registration; 2 domain names; name servers; MS SQL 2000; 10 GB disk space or more; 50 email accounts; asp; asp.net; remote desktop access; regular backups (at least once weekly).

Monthly transfer rates are not critical since we do not transfer huge amounts of data.

Reliability is the most important "feature" since we have an international customer base that requires 24/7 access to our website. 80% of our sales take place through email and online transactions.

Our monthly budget for these services is US$ 1000 max.
