Some Changes to Rochen's Website

We have recently made a few minor changes to our website including changing the homepage around a bit to try and emphasise the level of customer support we provide with our hosting solutions. A couple of new pages have also been added: 1) To explain our support processes and procedures a bit clearer and 2) To give an overview of our hosting infrastructure. Work is still being done on the site to 'rejig' some of the content etc.

http://www.rochenhost.com/about/support.php - Support Commitment
http://www.rochenhost.com/about/infrastructure.php - Hosting Infrastructure

We have also recently launched our new signup wizard (https://signup.rochen.com) and customer portal (https://my.rochen.com) to bring all of our billing system, support ticketing system etc. under one interface for our customers.

Any feedback would be most welcome... :)

P.S. Most of what you see is the result of my own handy work and I am certainly no web designer.... so be nice :D

Great site design, in my opinion. I really can't say anything is wrong about it. I like it. :)

Maybe you should go into web design. ;)

Well done, Chris. When first going to your home page, my eye is immediately drawn to your message about your focus on support. Very crisp, clean and to the point.

The one criticism I have is that you don't make it easy to compare your regular and your premium plans. While you mention some of the added features in your opening paragraphs at http://www.rochenhost.com/premium-hosting/reseller-hosting/ and http://www.rochenhost.com/premium-hosting/multiple-domain-hosting/ , your wording suggests that the complete list of features is more than what is mentioned. IMO, you should have a "Compare Plans" page in which you list all features in a comparison table, and show the plans' features side by side in the table.

One more thing. I think this is the first time I've ever seen justified text on a web site actually look good. Not sure how you managed that, but normally, justified looks horrible. In your case, it works well. :)

Thanks for the comments! :)

Great idea for the comparison page, Vtio. I will see if I can knock something together.

It can often be very tricky to get the justified text to look good.A lot of it seems to depend on the table spacing etc.
