The "standard reporting period" you are referring to is 36 months. The true number of complaints is 38 not 43 like you claim. 38 complaints in 36 months for a company of this size is not excessive at all.

You also forgot to mention that all 38 complaint have been satisfactorly resolved and that Hostway is continues to have a satifactory record with the BBB.
