If you ever have problems with spyware I just made this to help people out :

Has most of the tools I use at work to clean up spyware infections. I also put a bit in there about cleaning out the registry and Msconfig.
Of course I can't give you the software which I purchased keys for, but this stuff gets the job done. Normally takes 30mins-2 hours depending on the speed of the machine and the users knowledge capacity
