Toll-free via paypal?

Anybody know any toll free number companies that i can pay via paypal? i'm having a credit card issue (account frozen, as it was stolen!)

I'm a little off-topic because I'm not entirely sure if they accept PayPal but Kall8 is a fantastic 800 number provider that I've worked with for years - super cheap, easy to deploy additional numbers when needed (promos, etc) and with a nice control panel for stats, monitoring, forwarding, etc.
