Although I must add a very important factor. I spend a lot of time at HD and I love the place (thanks to all you guys who make it a great hang-out environment). When the ex-owner (Jose) was thinking about selling the place, he initially planned to sell it to someone else.

Knowing how much effort Jose put in this place and being somewhat concerned with how new management could manage the property, I decided to buy it myself in order to continue the wonderful traditions we have established here and continue the growth.

Thanks to the members and the staffers, we still have the forum preserved for best times. Oh, and Jose will still be around as always (maybe will focus a little more on his new business direction). He loves this place himself.

In the meantime, I should really get that Reward Store back in good shape. We lost all the store free items during the upgrade.
