These servers are specifically from burst.net, due to demand we are offering selected servers from burst as colocation is not an option.
Can you offer any other specs?
Yes we can - please contacts sales@wisehosting.co.uk with your requirements, as a rule we can offer any burst.net server at a lower cost
Why shouldnt I go direct to the DC?
We offer many value added services and support including a lot of free software. You can get the same server from us cheaper than going direct. We also have a team of techs unlike many other resellers who are very experienced admins - 9/10 we dont need to involve burst to fix issues.
what happens if you go bust?
We have been trading under the wisehosting brand since 2003 (much longer previously), so rest assured we are a profitable and successful company. In the Crazy case anything happens to us, we have a contingency to ensure all servers are transfered seamlessly back to the DC.
Can you do other dc's ?
Yes we can, we have our own UK ip range within BlueSquare, servers on the collod4dallas range with TMS network and coming soon limestonenetworks range. We hand pick our DC's and don't try and sell as many as possible in as many dc's
Your UK based and Im US - isnt that a problem?
In fact not it's not, it means we ensure your servers are up when you are sleeping! With most of our dc's we can offer automatic reboots and response times to tickets that will rival most US companies.
what is the average setup time?
mostly 48 hours, although with burst servers it can take longer. If you have an urgent setup time - please contact us prior to ordering
