I visited the site. Overall the design is fairly attractive. I'm at my university now. We're supposed to have fast connections but it loaded a little slow for me. You should find a way to customize the IPB forums to the site's design and that'll improve the site. You can find someone to do the skin for $100 or less on some of the design forums.
