Well, I am using the mwhois (to search domains) but for sell domains I am using Enom, However I could think than all registrars is using the same timezone, because all is on InterNIC requirements, or not?

I asked in godaddy and say me:

Thank you for contacting customer support. The expiration timezone would be Mountain Standard Time.

Godaddy is in Scottsdale, Arizona. And Arizona is GMT-7
and the mountain time is GMT-7 and with DST correction is GMT-6

Then I dont know really what Should I think

Depends on the geogrphical location of the domain registrar.

Every domain registrar maintains the time log that is maintained in the locality.
