There are no limits on the size of files that you can host as long as the files that you host are legal in the United States. You can stream audio and/or video from your shared hosting account.

13. Can I use the hosting as a backup?

No, we do not allow our hosting to be used for storage of backups of other accounts or your personal computer. We highly recommend a backup provider such as BQInternet.com if you need backup space.
