www.hostingplex.com - word of warning

I was using www.hostingplex.com for a few months when everything started to go downhill at an alarming speed. Their customer support died right along with their server speed. They deny any kind of problem with their service. I had three accounts with them, totaling nearly $100. I fear that the money has been wasted.

This is just a word of warning for other people. If you're every considering using HostingPlex, make sure you get some information about it from Google.

They had a DOS recently.
I know someone that also had problems with this company in the last few months, they didn't seem to have good customer relations or customer service.

I saw your other post about being with a good host now, hopefully they will remain a good host providing the service you are getting now

Please explain what you mean by their "customer support died." Did they stop responding or did their responses get very unhelpful?

It's hard to say now I think because this thread is quite old now (last year). Things may have got better since then.
