Well here is the full story. One of our customer’s domains had expired and they wanted us to re-register the domain. For some reason StarGate did not allow us to re-register the domain and we told our client that. Our client then emailed StarGate about re-registering their domain. StarGate then gave our client our Login and Password to our StarGate account.

Our client could have done anything to our domains that we had registered through StarGate. Luckily though our client did not do that and we changed our password straight away.

I just wanted to warn everybody out there who has an account with StarGate.

Hi chin,

This is scary news.

Did you talk with stargate support about it?
If so what did they say?

Has anybody else had this problem?

Thanks for the heads up.
