Looking for hosting/VPS for my forum

Hi! i have small vbulletin pc/console gaming forum. because my current shared hosting providers problems with connections, server 500 error messages, 15s pings. database errors and so on im looking for new provider.

currently there is 20 registered users. my daily bandwidth is from 90 -450 MB. im expecting my forum will have 1000+ members in next few months.

im looking for reliable provider, who can offer me:
bandwidth 50 - 150 GB per month with NO FPU policy
at least 10 GB of space for my files (currently im using 300Mb)

location: preferred EU, US
cost: quality matters!

i dont know if i can use VPS since im new to this stuff. Please if you can offer to me VPS provide me more info, thank you.

-linux only
-i will require support with my sql database, because i dont know where to put it when i will change provider.

However, for the databases errors / 500 errors, they may be caused by incorrect configuration (especially .htaccess) and a broken database. But seeing the ping is 15s, it might be the host ;)

Can't find a server configuration that would be profitable to sell at those prices on Hivelocity. Got your own servers on colocation?

To get 250$/month, you'd need 100 accounts (20TB bandwdith/1TB hard drive)

Except for the biggest servers, not really getting a profit, and evin then, margins would be very low or none if you consider support and advertising needed to fill the server.

any more offers? i need to move from godaddy ASAP!

ps .thanks namworld, ping and download speed is OK. i will decide tomorrow who will be my next provider.

You're *really* expecting a 5000% increase in members, a 30fold increase in traffic and a 50* increase in disk use ?

You're already having problems at 20 members with oversold shared hosting, and whilst a different host will solve the initial problems, you will need to move to a dedicated solution long before you hit your membership targets.

So, alongside your 50* membership increase, do you have a 15* budget increase set aside ?
