Have you added the domain name to your server? DNS now updates in two minutes

so it sholdn't be a dns problem. Also restart bind if you need to

I like the colour scheme.
The front page renders very badly in Firefox and is not standards compliant (see here)

The logo appears top left on all pages. Why can't I click it?

Images:
Nice graphics, but they should have been done on a transparent background

Plan Pages: the choice of colours makes the text hard to read. Do you want clients to squint?

I find it easy to read, maybe you screen is too bright.
Some of those standards are because their are spaces, and the start search refers to another website which uses that.

I can easily change the graphics to transparent backgrounds.

Huh?
I don't understand what you are saying. Your site's code is not compliant with any of the w3c standards, which has nothing to do with spaces or the lack of them.

It's nice and clean, I like it. I experienced no problems in FireFox, although the light gray text on white is a bit tough on the eyes.

Unfortunately I found out that it was a template but it still gets the point across for the company. :p

I don't see any problems with templates. We customised ours to our liking.
