the header looks good, but isn't the rest just standard cpanel icons etc?

wow i need to do this. But i gues this is only if you have a reseller acct or just you are editing your theme for that acount? The one generated by the skeleton tree?

Can you still do this if you aren't the host or do you need to be the host to edit the cpanel files?

o thought you had to be the domain accoutn administrator/webmaster.
techically the host can access the files but.....
