The header image(efficiency) is a bit too large, but other than that it looks good.

Overall I like the design and structure. However, I'm not a fan of the large navigation. Great job!

Overall, it's OK, but I really don't like gray type on a white background. And I also dislike ALL CAPS. Otherwise, great job.

its a nice site, personally id centre all the content and decrease the width to match that of the navigation as well as decrease the hight of the navigation as mentioned allready.

Overall nice site. The navigation not being full width drove me nuts. The navigation bar is a little big like others have mentioned.

Nav is a little too thick for me (height wise, I like things clean and on the smaller side). I am not too sure about the gray/white mix either, most times a place will have the header colors run into the lower portion of the site. The contrast is there, but just a tad too much (it freaked my eyes out when I scrolled down).

As others have mentioned, the header seems to be a bit too big.
I would have liked to sees a few forum titles at page load without having to scroll down.

It looks alright, I would shrink the header a bit and perhaps add some black to the body.
