Where are some good places to advertise?

Lets say I have about a mid $x,xxx.xx type budget, Where are the good places or ideas to advertise a hosting busniess catering to resellers? Of course there is WHT but I want top notch clients. I was thinking along the lines of *Nix type msg boards, *Nix type magazines, news sites...
