Need a Dedicated Server and Backup Service

I am looking for a dedicated server with the following minimum specs:

- Quad Core
- 300Gb disk space
- 4Gb RAM
- Windows Server 2003 Std

Also, I'd like to get a backup service of some sort too. That allows me to FTP a nighly incremental backup, and weekly full backup.

Please provide a monhtly, and yearly upfront price.

I am acquiring this on behalf of a client, and my commission will be added to the final service price.

The vendor will be required to place my commission in Escrow with Moneybookers until the payment transaction is complete. Once done, the commission will be released to me.

You will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to being considered.
