I like the simplicity of the site, but it seems a bit pixelized. That website is also boring to look at, sites are more enjoyable to be on and attract more people if the design looks interesting and sort of fun to use. I'd just add some color and make the whole site less blocky and have some curve to it. Simple things like adding rounded edges can do that.

It simple and easy to navigate, but it has no life, I would add more colors, and change the logo to something more attracting, also the top right is just empty and you could add something there.
