I use Microsoft Notepad myself. I've always been more of a keyboard person instead of a point and click person. I like to see the code work and when I make a change see what the change is. I've tried using FrontPage but just didn't care for it.

Another thing you might want to try is Firebug, with the Inspect Element tool you can edit right from your browser and see changes as you make them.

NOTEPAD ++ or DREAMWEAVER CS3 are the best! I am a webdesigner and code in xHTML, CSS, PHP, JAVASCRIPT and I use DREAMWEAVER CS3
