ABC/Warner Brothers produce a show that revolves around a character that parties, sleeps in, has easy women etc etc.. then, they get pissed that the character has turned into real life.
It's a train wreck, but he's always been that way. I'm surprised he's remained on track for so long actually!
I wouldn't say he's delusional, but I don't think he's going to win the $360 million dollar lawsuit. He HAS however been showing up to the set, so I personally believe he should be paid for the work that he was prepared to do (part of his contract).
Of course, bashing the producers etc on radio is not going to help anyones causes, and if his contact states that it's an open termination at any time for any reason, he has no leg to stand on at that point.
Interestingly enough even his dad spoke out against him and his ways in a recent interview.
