I keep getting messages about "One of your posts has won a monetary award" What exactly is this?

Art came up with it. It's a way to reward those who help out on the forum. Your reply to a thread could be simple or very detailed. But, if it helps the person then you get rewarded. The staff of the forum decide if the reply is worth rewarding.
