I use google keyword tool and keywordeye, the second one is excellent in the way it delivers the analytical data.

I use Google Adwords Keywords tool because it tell global and monthly searches of your targeted keywords. If you have no nay idea to target keywords, it will suggest you relevant keywords of your website.
