Could someone help me find a folder when using SSH please?
I know how to find a file but not sure how I can find a folder

Hmm, what's the folder called?
Try
locate
Example:
locate matrix
folder name is matrix.

One think you can do is the following. To find a filename call foo do
find / -type f -name foo
For a directory you can do
find / -type d -name foo
