What kind of VPS should I buy as a usability and management point of view (lots of features which can be managed from it )?
What is your experience of Plesk8? Should I took a VPS which have it? I have understood that it one of the best what you can get?
What is your experience of LXadmin?

As I see you didn't mention Cpanel
I think that Cpanel is the most easiest, reliable and stable panel in the world!

VPS is really good to manage vith vitualization.
Xen virtualization, provided by such providers as gazzin.com is really good. I like it...

In my opinion, Plesk is as good as Cpanel when we start operating a Virtual Server. They have their own pros and cons, but they are rather easy in usage in comparison to webmin for example.

We have clients that run Plesk as well as cPanel on their VPS servers. Both run perfectly fine.

Comes down to what you prefer and what your clients prefer if reselling

You've made a good choice. Virtuozzo PIM is a great interface to work with.

Cpanel is definitely user friendly, every control panel has its own pros and cons , thinking from different views.
