What we've been doing is quite simple. Find a opensource vps software...then modify it until it meets/exceeds our expectations/wants out of it.

That was already fixed in patches...and was not a security issue as much as just a more secure way of doing things needing to be implemented.

vePortal v2.0 rocks...! and v2.1 is coming out any time now they tell us already!

We migrated straight from hypervm to VDSmanager and love it. It has a customer portal so they can log in and reload there vm's, reboot, view network graphs ect. It has central management of multiple servers. It also seems to be updated frequently and I have never had problems getting support.

I'd use Virtuozzo.

vePortal is awesome! I would suggest everyone should use it.

Xen gets our vote. It's much more secure and stable for a business environment, it's not as vulnerable as other platforms (HyperVM, Virtuozzo, etc)

Virtuozzo is a good option to go with. I guess they have good prices and good deals under the same.

VePortal. Its better just to use hypervm + xen and use a whmcs module that acts like hypervm for security easons.
