EMC buys Archer Technologies
Recovery solutions provider EMC has announced its plan to acquire Archer Technologies. The terms of the sale were not immediately available, but the deal is expected to be complete by April 2010. Archer’s 138 employees will be integrated into EMC’s technology of RSA Security.
Secure-24 opens new data center in Michigan, creates 250 jobs
A new data center was opened for managed hosting services and disaster recovery provider Secure-24. The data center, which was named the Wayne County Technology Resource Center is located in Plymouth Township.
