    Where is the safest place to check available domain names? I have been told to register a domain right way after finding that the domain I check is available, otherwise someone (or the registrar I check the domain on?) will catch it and register it himself.

    Wasted domains

    I hate it when noticing that a registrant wastes a great domain name and just keeps renewing the domain without creating a website for it. Is there any rule or legislation to keep a domain from being wasted that way?

    Not low enough?

    Is PR-1 for a two year old website not low enough? I don't know when was the last update, but Google just dropped one of my website's rank from PR-1 to PR-0. I think I didn't violate any of their guidelines. Well, I haven't updated it since months ago. But it's a website and not a blog, mind you.
