Synetrix-Node3 partnership

Applications and managed services provider Synetrix has partnered with Node4, a data center operator in UK. It initially provided Synetrix with colocation space in two halls at the Derby, UK DC2 data center. Node4’s third data center called DC3 will be opened soon. It also provides Synetrix with office room facilities.

UK home improvement group Kingfisher to colocate with SSE Data Centers

A new long-term colocation deal has been signed by SSE Data Centres with Kingfisher, a UK home improvement group. Kingfisher has over 820 stores in eight countries. It chose SSE because of its energy efficient environment. The size of the SSE data center is 80,000 square feet and it has 15MW of power.

GNAX’ new 10 GB IP connection

Colocation provider Internap has partnered with a dedicated server provider Global Net Access (GNAX). Internap will provide GNAX with a 10 GB IP connection, which will increase performance of the Gold Network in GNAX.
