Atmail 6.1.8 is now available

Atmail has released a new version of its flagship email server software. Version 6.1.8 includes two new major features which are CardDAV which lets the software view users address-books within its interface, and the second feature is Webmail theme support in CSS. Other new features include photo thumbnails and Ubuntu 10.X installer support.

Telorean opens $15-million data center in Houston

A 90,000 square foot data center has been opened in Houston, Texas by Telorean, an IT systems firm. It extends the company’s position in terms of providing a resilient infrastructure. The current headquarters of the company is in Seattle, Washington. Hosting, applications, and networking are some of the services of the new $15-million DC.

Stream Data Centers’s new data center in Texas

Stream Data Centers is building a single story data center in Richardson, Texas. A 20,000 square feet facility is scheduled to open in August and can be controlled by up to four tenants. It is designed to withstand 125 mph winds and its security features include biometric scanners and internal and external cameras.
