LeaseWeb’s customer support department gets upgraded

The customer support department of LeaseWeb has been upgraded in response to a survey of over 1,300 customers who filled out the survey. Results showed a 20% increase in “fully satisfied” customers. The company enrolled its support engineers in training courses to improve their skills and ability. The company has also launched its search for new qualified engineers to be hired in the coming weeks and months.
